The goals of the
bill (Reg. No. 8452-д) are the following:
legislative solution of the problematic issues concerning classification of industrial autonomous air conditioners according to the Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity;
specification of second-hand clothes and other commodities in the Customs Tariff of Ukraine according to the requirements of the effective legislation;
harmonization of import duty rates on products and goods with the ones defined by the Ukraine's World Trade Organization tariff schedule for goods on 2012;
coordination with the Harmonized System of Description and Coding of Goods version 2007 of codes and goods description covered by the Laws "On Export Duty on Live Cattle and Leather Materials," "On Rates of Export Duty for Population on Certain Types of Oil Croppers," "On Export Duty on Waste Ferrous Metal," and "On Rates of Export Duty on Alloyed Ferrous Metal, Waste Colored Metal and Semi-Products with their Use";
formalization of the norm concerning use of export duties on waste colored metals after completion of a transitional period, when the duty rates on these products will be reduced.
